Park 3 is a small Park, mostly frequented by morning walkers. There is a set of small swings and a slide meant for small children. Not much of a "Park" as such but it is well maintained and clean with benches and a small covered area where retirees normally laze in the lush grass, play cards or merely spend time discussing various issues.
