Punjab State War Heros' Memorial and Museum

This is an amazing museum in the Punjab state which tells us the history of the nation. It is a museum complex but the whole area is surrounded by a garden as well. It’s a very well built in 2016 area for tourism and heritage. It is worth visiting at least once if you visit Punjab. You can hire a guide for just ₹100 (subject to change) and they will guide you throughout and explain. The museum takes 4 hours to explore if you want to read and understand every thing in detail and 1 hour 30 minutes if you just go with lesser details. The museum has 8 galleries in total which has 8 crucial pieces of Indian heritage. Photography in all galleries has been allowed recently and touching items there is not allowed. Please carry enough water there as it takes time to explore this museum and there is no drinking water facility. Washrooms are available. It takes 3 hours on an average to enjoy the museum experience and 1 hour for your scenic photography in the compound garden area.

The right place to learn about the wars whic occurred in our history. It shouldn't take more than 2 hours to navigate the whole place. I would recommend having a guide with you as it becomes easier and more convenient to learn.

There's a 7D show with which you conclude your visit, however, it wasn't very exciting. But a good watch.

Awesome. Must visit to see the history of punjab regiment army, detailed gallery of 1947-1999 all war fought in India, 7D is also awesome, total price is very minimum:-150 for ticket and 50 for 7D show ,if you want to visit, parking,cloak room all facilities available here, Monday is close. Another one is they give free pass to their respective Driver who came with it . It is good move. Overall awesome...
