very unprofessional staff and they do scam with customers my idea sim not working i visit here they told me that i haven’t switched my sim to VI from idea they forcefully converted my prepaid sim to postpaid and charge me 400 rs security and didn’t give me any recept of it they just achieving there company targets they don’t think about customer don’t give them any security money they are just scamming worst experience i have to use postpaid am helpless am paying 470rs per month for postpaid,
