We are NOT SLAVES. They treated me like slave on phone call. Poor management, Common sense is less common in these employees. Government is wasting a chunk of amount on these employees.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I called the branch today but they are rude. I can only say BAD MANAGEMENT. I guess they hiered uneducated people in this branch.

Regardless of the strictness, employees of SBI do not care if you are struggling or need the services urgently. Their phone number provided on google does not work at all, I am surely making a former complaint to the headquarters against this branch, as this is unacceptable for the community, they are sitting on those positions for us not for their own benefit.
