A worst experience. Firstly we booked this hotel through OYO app one day before. We were five people. 2 females & 3 males. we booked 2 rooms for 3 days from Thursday ( July 25th - 28th ) till Sunday morning. We were just 2 hrs early to the hotel. So they charged 500 extra for early check in & also asked us to pay for 3 days in advance. We have paid. Later when we entered the room, noticed that they have not cleaned the room. Empty water bottles were there & dustbin was full of trash. Used soaps & shampoo sachets were there in the bath room. We told them to clean but they said that there is no maid to clean. After that no hot water available for bath. When asked they said geyser is not working , so take bath in another room where your friends are there. But we did not agree for this.Then they opened another room & said take hot water from here. We were in a hurry to move out, so we had no other option. Later I strongly spoke to them regarding geyser & to clean the dustbin. They replied that you people are more & paid less. So for this amount we cannot provide everything. They were not giving water bottle, soap , towel. After asking so many times they provided with only one towel. On first day for breakfast they asked us to pay & gave the menu card. We ordered which we wanted from menu card & they got that food from outside for less price & charged us almost triple. Totally it was a worst experience & the owner was not bothered about anything & trying to charge more wherever possible. One more cheating he did was on first day he took one of our guys mobile asking how did u book & all, he cancelled the booking & took that money to his pocket. Our friend came to know about this when he got the message from OYO app that it is cancelled. Staffs were not providing the breakfast soon. They used to give after 11 am. Totally it was a worst experience for us. This hotel is not eligible/fit to list in OYO app. Please do not choose Samar Residency for staying. More chances of getting cheated.

Rooms are good but facilities are poor beacuse of some reasons
They don't accept online payment.
They harsh customer to pay more than that of actual amount.
Receponist don't have knowledge how to deal with cuatomer.
They turned of your room acs before check out.

Very bad experience with this hotel don't go there no markit near about it food is very costly nd very poor quality ac is no cooling in room no water facility....no complimentary breakfast give me but when I booked the room breakfast is included hotel hotel staff not give me any breakfast .....oyo making fool us I booked a room on 8th of june in 567 for single person and I pay all payment at the time of check in but at the time of check out they increase the price by 153 and I give extra 153 by cash to hotel ....very bad experience with this hotel ever
