We hired a bus on 12th April 2023 for 7 days. We booked SML luxury bus for Amritsar to Srinagar. As shown in the photo, the condition of the bus was not good. Rainwater was leaked from roof of the bus.The photos of the bus provided by the owner were old photos. The bus owner was cooperative but the driver Vikram Singh was not a proper driver. Driver behavior with customer was not good. On the first day, the driver Vikram Singh stopped the bus every one hour to rest. He was driving the bus very slowly. It took 18 hours to travel 490 km.

Vikram Singh driver stopped the bus on the road at a deserted place at night and said now I can't drive. We requested lot the driver and told him to stopped the bus at place where there is a toll or petrol pump because we were with family and these place is not safe. The road was such that there were no rest houses.
Under such circumstances we reached Srinagar. Even if the bus engine was boiled, he did not understand. We pointed it out. He didn't even have the knowledge to cool the radiator and put water in it, he just pour one liter of water in the side bottle and said let's go. After that we opened the radiator ourselves and poured eight to ten liters of water into the radiator. We had to endure heartache and our journey became very difficult. Even while traveling in other states, he quarreled with others. On the last day of journey was the airport drop. that day we pointed out to him that he was not filled sufficient fuel, but he did not hear and eventually diesel finished on the road and bus stopped. We somehow reached the airport on time.

Great experience with Sukhbir Singh ji. Unka driving and behaviour bohot accha hai. Very cooperative person and great great driver. Very clam and his patience level is outstanding. He used to behave like our family member. Very great experience. Thank you Sukhbir Singh ji. Sad thing is we don't have single picture of our. Will click next time.????????
