Rooms are too small.. Hotel and the amenities they are offering are just worth rs1500. We had booked 3 rooms in the hotel ALL THE ROOMS HAD SMELL OF DAMPNESS LEADING TO ALLERGIC REACTION LIKE COLD AND COUGH. Room service is pathetic. Showers are not working and rusted condition. The amenities mentioned in the website like hair dryer and shower cap is not at all there in the room. Rooms are too small for extra bedding it shows that deluxe room accommodates 3adults and 2 children but it is a false info in the website. Washbasins get choked. Overall a very bad experience. We only used the hotel for sleeping. Staying in the hotel for long hours was impossible.

Terrible rooms infested with fungus and mold.
Mattress is pathetic.
When we booked with make my trip both hotel and the app lied and cheated us when demanded for a refund. We left this horrible garbage immediately.
We booked a pent house and it was low grade 1 star room. Disgusting on how these people cheat so casually.

5/5 for location, few steps away from Harminder Sahib!
4/5 for rooms, Refrigerators are missing from Rooms otherwise rooms are well maintained and are of good quality.
5/5 for staff and service, they are very humble guys taking utmost care of the guests and always available for room service. I asked for early breakfast, they made it possible.

Overall, I liked my stay here and would recommend this Hotel for anyone who is coming for Darbar Sahib darshan.
