Nice service... after check out also they give rooms for to become fresh with no charges and they take care of your luggage, backpack.... never got service like this before any other hotels.....@shiva..... should try once

It is one of worst hotel in amritsar.... Hotel owner nd management are totally doing fraud...... I visit there on 17-06-2023 with my 2 sisters.... Firstly they told us just wait for 10 mins cleaning is pending but we waited there for nxt 3 hrs bt we didn't got room payment had been taken frm us before 3 hrs..... Being alone ladies they haaras us till3:15 am.... Never they give us room nor they were agree to refund us.. Hotel owner told us that we will not refund u back u all wish to call police police officers are already with us... U do that u want to do..... They harrased us whole night.....

Owner of royal villa Amritsar is a Fraud...these guys are running a scam in this hotel.. they tell low price at the time of check in and at the time of check out they ask for more money. Pathetic experience..pls don't book this hotel. Infact the rooms and washrooms are very dirty
