The rooms were not clean. Linen and towels had marks on them.
The staff was not supportive at all. Had to ask for towels 10 times before they were provided In room. The room was cold af and when asked for heater, they charged extra. The heater which was provided, short circuited late night and there was nothing can be done.
Then in morning, there was no hot water. Had to call few times when the hot water was turned on.
Overall a very bad experience and not at all worthy of 3 stars. Not recommend ????

I dont how it is a 3 start hotel… Poor room service, Rooms were not so clean no towels provided and no kitchen in the evening. The rooms were also small and no hygiene maintained. Don’t go on the photos they are edited. you can find some amazing hotels at some distance from the temple at the same cost and amazing services.

The rooms are not upto the market.. TV NOT WORKING, ALL THE SO CALLED SUPER DELUXE ARE DIFFRENT SIZE WITH DIFFERENT FACILITIES. WHEN COMPLAINT WE WE EASILY ASKED TO CHECK OUT IF WE WANT.. THIS 10 TIMES WHILE CHOOSING THIS HOTEL
