Firstly they talk like family when you want to buy something from them, afterwards when customer get any issues they won't care and don't even receiving your phone calls. As per my experience I bought a Dell laptop worth RS 59k and I request for the warranty extended schemes. They said you have to pay 999 for that and they took that from me as well but dell denied that and say I have to pay 1999 for that and for that I try to reach so many times to the global system but now they don't receive any calls from my side and one of their worker blacklist my number. M from a different city and its very hard for me to go physically to them. So don't go to global system for any purchase

Bought a lenovo laptop from them, i was promised to get free microsoft office original. But after 10 days it was asking me to activate. when i tried to speak one of their sales executive, he was providing no help and was not picking calls later on. Pathetic after sales customer service. Zero rating
