Every time I come to Amritsar Airport, I try to use my Priority Pass benefits at this Costa Coffee. Every time I am told “sorry ma’am- machine broken. Very convenient lie- then you don’t have to honor the Priority Pass offer. Fix your
Machines, or get off Priority Pass’s list! Stop making your
Employees
Lie for you!

I am sharing about the one in Mall of Amritsar or Alpha mall. Staff at this place is very rude I went there twice or thrice but this time I didn't order anything because of staffs behaviour. They don't listen to you, customer goes on asking them about the dishes from their side no responce. One can understand if there is long que at reception desk but i was the only customer ordering. Basically it looks like somebody has forcefully put these guys to work at that place. There were two people for one I remember name Jagroop. Don't go to this place you will ruine your mood and day.

I'm not sure if this is the same Costa cafe at Amritsar airport but we had the best chicken cheese croissant during our connecting flight from Mumbai to Srinagar. ???? Will definitely visit it again when we plan to visit golden temple someday. ????
