If you are traveling from Amritsar to Katra (vice-versa) there are several options of travel operators but among them this is still good.

1) Google location is correct. But at the time of boarding the bus, you will need to walk approximately 200 meters with your luggage to get into the bus. (The boarding point is 200 meters from the waiting room).

2) AC will start cooling at 1-2 hours of travelling.

3) I boarded the bus at 3 PM and reached Katra at 11:30 PM.

4) remember, if you are traveling to Katra from Amritsar your SIM card will stop working (prepaid SIM).

My Journey was great with bhavani travels , booked ticket Costlier on MakeMyTrip, If you can personally book a ticket with travels at thein counter , it would be cheaper ,Rest Journey experience was good

I regret to say that our experience with this Bus Travel Service was utterly disappointing. The cheap mentalities of the crew left us deeply unsatisfied and frustrated throughout the journey.

To begin with, the bus dropped us off in the middle of the journey and abruptly forced us to transfer to another non-AC bus. This was particularly inconvenient for us as we had made advanced bookings with the same bus company for our return journey. It was disheartening to realize that the company lacked the professionalism to ensure a seamless travel experience for their passengers.

Furthermore, we discovered that the bus crew frequently turned off the air conditioning system during the journey, presumably to save fuel costs. This left the passengers uncomfortable and suffocating in the heat. It is simply unacceptable for a bus service to compromise on basic amenities like air conditioning, especially when customers have paid for it.

Adding insult to injury, we were asked to pay an additional ₹70 for our luggage. This unexpected charge for carrying our belongings only added to our dissatisfaction with the service. It is disappointing to see a bus company resorting to such tactics to extract more money from its passengers.

The condition of the sleeper beds was appalling. They were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, making it impossible for us to have a comfortable rest. It is disheartening to pay for a service only to be met with unhygienic and substandard facilities.

Moreover, the bus crew picked up passengers in between the journey without any registration or proper documentation. This lack of security measures raises serious concerns about passenger safety and the company's adherence to regulations.

To make matters worse, the sleeper compartments lacked curtains, depriving passengers of privacy and protection from external light. This oversight further contributes to a sense of discomfort and inconvenience during the journey.

The only positive aspect of our experience with XYZ Bus Travel Service was the punctuality and adherence to timings. However, this single redeeming quality does not make up for the multitude of issues we encountered throughout our journey.

Overall, our experience with Bhawani Travel Service was marred by the crew's cheap mentalities, the inconvenience of being transferred to another bus, the intermittent air conditioning, the additional luggage charge, the dirty sleeper beds, the unauthorized passenger pickups, and the absence of curtains in the sleeper compartments. We strongly advise against using this bus service, as it fails to meet even the basic standards of comfort and customer satisfaction.
