Visited this place during my visit to Amritsar, A One Kulfa is one of the famous food joint among the top places to try in terms of food. They are serving a style of Dessert which includes Kulfa a type of Kulfi topped with Falooda, Rabdi & Sweetened Gond Syrup. This one plate of Kulfa comes for 80₹ and tastes decent. You can also have Phirni (40₹) at this place if you are looking for less sweeter option. They have seating space you can enjoy this dish over there.

While visiting Amritsar one can not miss having kulfa of ASR. The kulfa is faluda kulfi with a twist and is delicious
1. The shop opens at around 2 pm and remains open till almost midnight.
2. During evening it is very very crowded and it takes half an hour to get kulfa. I visited on Sunday so May be more rush was there.
3. The Kulfa is very tasty and min two should be taken.

#amritsardiaries A One Kulfa, Crystal Chowk .... Surprisingly a one dish on menu type outlet and that too below average. They serve a unique (Read WEIRD) combination of kulfi made by mixing Phirni, Scoop of Frozen Milk (They call it Kulfi), liquid thickened milk (They call it Rabadi), Gond (Why??), Taste less Arrarot Falooda (Tastes Yukk) topped with a thin sweet sugary solution.... collectively making it as weird as a scientific formula of a sloshed drunk scientist. And if that isn't enough.... except the kulfi.... rest everything is stored and used is at room temperature... what an idiotic recipe.

I fail to understand why this low on hygiene and high on attitude UFO (Unidentified Food Object) is famous amongst food bloggers and YouTubers.... to me, it was a criminal waste of my precious tourist calories. My most regretful dish of this trip.
