Yesterday 20.5.2023 I have visited this room.
Budget friendly , Bathrooms are neat and clean , polite staff and good response , window ac seems a bit noisy , but I recommend this for budget friendly and normal .

First of all, there is no confirmation that your room will be booked if u call them for asking that if any room is available or not. They will just tell u that room is all time available but actually it's not. In online price will be seen more higher. So, We called them two three times before going there so that we can book our rooms in a low budget. They wrote our name also and told us that room will be available and come directly there. But after going there, they were telling no room is available and they can't provide, they don't confirm any bookings prior ever. Then again after sometime, suddenly they were telling room is available but price will be more. They are doing all these SCAM just for money. No online payment, only cash. Receptionist was very veryyy rude and we saw some other people also suffering with same kind of situation like us. There was no hot water, no blanket, no pillow, no bed cover. And if u ask them also to provide, they won't care. Room and washroom condition was worse, bad smelling, also congested.
The only advantages are the guest house is in middle of the market side so, u can do shopping easily, walkable distance till every tourist places nearby and food varieties u can get here.
Overall I won't recommend to go there ever. U will suffer more. Don't waste your money and time.

Don't ever go to this place. The owner is very bad treating person. Took 3000 for a 700 rupees room. They didn't give any blanket or water after asking 4 times. AC and shower is also not working properly.
They took our advance/security money.
Room are far below average. Never come to this place.
