Simply not worth the price. At the outset they make you feel unwelcome insisting you pay in full. When I entered the room, the TV was not working. The toilet had not been cleaned properly, and the toilet seat cover was loose. The A/c conked out in the evening.

The rooms are not checked properly before being given to a guest.

Their breakfast was good. The parking attendant was fantastic. Few saving graces.

Biggest advantage of this hotel is it is pretty popular across the city - any driver or autorickshaw will take you without explaining the location. Location is also accessible to all popular places and is like in the prime area of the city.

Breakfast buffet spread is decent and tastes well as well, you can consider to take it while booking room. Rooms are neat and spacious. Regular room service is done.

The Hotel is located at within a km from Rock beach. It is easy to take a casual stroll upto the beach and further can also visit the White Town road where you can find the best cafes and restaurants.
The Rooms of this Hotel are spacious and very well maintained. The parking however is uncovered which I felt is a negative point for such a big hotel. But the hotel has other great amenities. One can also rent 2-wheelers from the hotel, the front desk can help you with the same.
The hotel staff was polite and the service was good.
My Suggestion to the hotel would be to rethink about the entry and exit routes from the parking space, currently it's very confusing. And, try adding Valet parking as one of the service.
