Very Very Very Bad Experience. I was stayed in that hotel. Room. There was bed bugs in that hotel room beds. No AC working properly. No parking in Hotel There Are. A lot of good rooms in pondicherry Please check it and go.

Rooms were stinking, have asked reception to show different room option, but rudely reception said "No, we will not give you another room." and sent room freshener spry. On 3rd day, no water in the room and they took 4 hours to fix it. I have never experienced poor service with rude behavior of the reception team. Toilets are dirty, AC works sometime, bedsheets and beds are unclean. No windows, no sunrays only blackout throughout the day in the room. I will never recommend this hotel. On positive note, hotel is located in main area of Pondy which is convenient to main attractions and food option. Hotel does not have any food options, no fridge in room.

Nice hotel, near to market and beach, parking is little difficult but manageable. Price is also nominal. But they have garbage dump in front of hotel.
