Lets chuck out in pros and cons
Pros:-
1. Awesome view
2. Place to cook
3. Near to almost every place. White town is 5 mins drive
4. Calm atmosphere
5. Wake up to the sunrise in the sea and waves
Cons:-
1. There is a slum surrounding this place. So cant walk the road at night.
2. The sea at this place is dirty. Cant take bath
3. Oyo person will not come or call. You need to do everything here
4. The window panes are not tinted. Hence the only thing protecting privacy is the curtains. Be aware for this.
Apart from all this it is a very cool place to stay. Rented a vehicle from PINKY TRADERS. And it was very easy to commute. Highly recommended place, bith oyo and pinky traders.

Do not believe the photos online. The room and the service is pathetic. First, the location of the room will give you bad vibes and upon that the dirty room and the rude owner. They will ignore any small service request. We were not given pillow covers, no packaged water bottles, provided uneven mattress and then the AC doesn't work which makes the stay horrible in such humid and hot weather. Staff was having alcohol in the parking area.It is ultimate waste of money.

It's not on a good place, it's kind of street and surroundings are not good to take a walk and to relax. Not a good experience
