USP : location and veg restaurant. It's a decent family friendly place. Don't expect any thing beyond it. Receptionist who received me was rude . But the security and room boys are helpful. Best for people who use public transport. Parking car is a pain. I had to park in the streets since the parking is small and can accommodate max of 6 car parked one behind other. If you're stuck in between 2 car you might not be able to take it. Remaining things are good.

Budget friendly, rooms are quite good, nice staff, they have their own restaurant and foods are Awesome (pure veg), even complementary breakfast. Highly recommended.
Note: During summer AC room is preferable.
Room service available. Food can be delivered to room on order.
Best part is The Hotel is just opposite to New Bus stand.

Recently Me and my family visited Pondicherry and we had lunch from this hotel . We had a very bad experience while having lunch they won't let you share the food and the Waiter there is very rude.from my personal view they provide a very poor service they are supposed to be nice with the customers instead they shouted at my wife and my daughter. My daughter was not well so she didn't order the meal instead my wife shared some rice from hers the waiter there shouted saying that you should not share food and he doesn't care if my daughter is sick or not
I would not prefer this hotel to any of my friends or family
I hope the manager would atleast provide a good service there in future
