One of the best hotel in Pondicherry if you are looking for A class hotel. Rooms are very neat even though it's small. Room services are fast and clean. Food in the hotel restaurant was above average but could be better.I ordered food in the hotel at midnight 2 AM and the food delivered was fresh and quick. Since it's located in the main city you can avail Swiggy or Zomato to try out different food options. Overall had a very nice stay.

The buffet is good with a lot of variety. The desserts are really good compared to other buffets in Pondicherry.
When we went, it was not very late, but the drink (iced tea) was already over and as we were waiting for them to refill it, they never did????
That was not a good memory to take back from Accord ☹️

Modifying my review post the correction by the hotel staff and the manager Dave Heart. He is a really nice and an experienced guy. The only thing we couldn't like was the north Indian and itlian food here. Rest everything is superb.
