Well built and has basic facilities.
Has very good view through the rooms.
Place is in middle of campus making easy access to all the functional buildings and facilities
All time security
Water isn’t that great
AC facility there
Has separate canteen and door service
Everyday maintenance
Can go to the nearest beach as it is very close by

The building presently serves as the administrative building of NIT Puducherry. It is expected to be shifted to the administrative building that is being constructed nearby within a year.
Along with the administrative office, the building houses several other facilities of the institute here as well. It is here that the SBI NIT branch functions. It shares the first floor with the Institute hospital and the hostel office.

Very good experience for other college to attend a workshop in NIT puducherry only thing is that we need to walk quite long from campus to accommodation area and also there is no water purifier inside the campus so we need to fill our water bottles from the accommodation area itself
