The disastrous experience of HERO SHOWROOM, SAMBALPUR
WE took a bike from there but

@No costomer satisfaction
People are getting boar and feel as government service. ignoring people in the conversation

@No proper bike service
New bike not well wash, people are being bound to entertain that boaring time

@Odd interaction with customer
Reception desk is not costumer friendly
The focus only sale

@Extra hidden charges
Charges of no bill payment are taking
Without out bill/receipt

@Monopoly
Sambalpur, no other services stations are present . I request to HERO please change the franchises.

Still giving 3 stars because, it's okay.

Customer services are poor, less employees on festive day, takes long time to attend and environment is not that good.

It took around 30mins to register our bike.
