I am a very choosy person in everything. I and my husband searched whole Sambalpur to satisfy my modern asthetic choices before starting our interior work. Finally we found Rounak Urban Homes. I was surprised to see the modern, updated, quality products at affordable prices.

They have very well behaved staffs. Rounak (owner) is very patient and helpful. Gives you the right suggestion instead of upselling their products. They understand your budget and requirements. He answered each an every queries of mine and cleared all our doubts during every purchase. We had so much of confusion while choosing laminates. They gave us more and more options every time and visiting their place evey day never bothered us because of their friendly approach towards our every visit. Beautiful decors and art pieces are there to buy. Large collection of Laminates with reasonable prices.

The owner is a very good gentleman. He talks very politely with respect and is cooperative. Home decors such as flower vase, mirrors, wall clock bathroom fittings,door fittings available at genuine price. Recommend to visit the showroom once.
