We had the worst experience ever. First of all we booked a Swift desire and they promised to send the car at 9am sharp as I had some official work but at 9:30 they said they had some issue with the driver so it will be late till the car arrives ( it totally felt dishonest and false, which we could tell from his voice) they finally sent a car at 12pm that too a small car (not Swift desire) mind you they were still charging us the price of a bigger car. Anyways we left for Puri from sambalpur. After going for about 100 kms the driver stopped for refuelling at a very secluded petrol pump in middle of nowhere. The driver asked us to pay the whole amount, we said that we will pay the amount after reaching destination as we were not carrying that much amount of cash. The driver started to argue with us and called the proprietor of Raj Travels, the Proprietor asked us to get out of the car and walk on foot ( his excat words) I was with my father and wife and we were literally in the middle of nowhere so you can imagine our situation. Somehow we managed to pay and asked the driver to drop us off safely at Puri. The driver took us through some of the worst roads to make it longer as they were charging us for every kilometre. We kept quiet as we felt threatened. We somehow reached Puri and only after getting out from the car did we take a sigh of relief.
I recommend not to take any car or service from Raj Travels. The Proprietor is very very rude and extremely arrogant. He thinks the customers are cattle or dogs and treats them like that. He only thinks of ways to cheat the customers. Please donot take any service from Raj Travels or else you will repent later.
P.S we are taking legal action against them now

Demand high price for online tickets where other travel agencies 30 to 40% lower price for same location.

We have requested for 7 seater, but they sent 4 seater only..
