Poor customer service. They keep customer waiting before serving the items. Employees are lazy and take advantage of their established business. Almost every employee delays in providing service.

Happy to share experience while purchasing 8 pcs of 18wtt surface light with cold white.
Staff support was outstanding they know what customer wants the exactly.
But do not have 18wt of Warm white suface light every time i ask for.
I have have to install cold white instead....
Although everything is outstanding
They also give discount on product.

The shop owner is really arrogant. The dude dose not know how to talk with the customer
