Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Balram Motors, Brahmani Tarang

Just after driving around 2000 to 3000km after clutch plate replacement on 03July2021 of my Tata Nano at Balram motors service center(vedvyas mandir road). Now i have oberserved gear oil leakage from the gear oil drain nut area.

Car was towed to showroom, and everything is done in my absence.

1.Also came to know that due to mechanic person, nut got damaged and now it is free and oil getting leak from the same nut area.

2. Gear oil was also not replaced. I can clearly see nut thread particles in the oil.

3. Also found that the nut waser was not replaced to new one.

4. Mechanic behavior was not good.

5. Wiper was replaced and new wiper with manufacturing defect. everything is also informed to the person who was taking care of all this thing at service center.

6. In the name of sanitization they charged but nothing done infront of me.

7. Some of the details attached for reference.

8. 1.5 % extra charges on card payments. Is it justifying?

overall "0" ratting for the service.

No response for the replacement of parts. Trying to contact for last 2 days . Poor service not expected from tata group.

Very bad service. It is almost 4 month i have given to the service center but my car not fixed yet(small accident). Every time I ask when my car will be fixed, they will say within next 10 days it will be fixed. Regrating buying Tata cars, they have very bad services.
