Worst shop. They sell their cycle at higher price to NIT Students. Don't buy from here. I'm also an NIT student. Buy from some different shop. They will convince you to buy from there but please don't buy. Auto fare and all will make your cycle price more that ₹500 extra. Buy online.

Price wise the cycles are 100-200 less than Tata store.
All cycle stores have 1 month warranty, that if any problem in cycle they will repair.
But this Prasad store refuses to repair or do any fix. They just say that as the cycle is new it will get fixed in 20-25 days. The reason for not repairing is they had labourers available. After 25 days when I went they said that as it is already 1 month they will charge for the repair. This is unfair.
Similar situation with my friend who bought a different bicycle.

Suggestion:
Buy from Tata or any big bicycle showroom who have lots of labourers and can provide quick service.
Tata store is 100 Rs more in price but the after service within the warranty period is good.
Another thing is Prasad Traders are good at convincing you to buy. Don't fall in the trap and visit other stores and then decide.
Every bicycle has pros and cons. Visit multiple stores and understand what that have to say about the features.
