Recently constructed infront of VSS Market, this is the third "I ♥️ Rourkela" constructed in the city.
Earlier the place used to be a park which eventually in due course of time got dilapidated due to negligence and faulty maintenance.
Wooden benches have also been installed inside the enclosure.

It's a nice location but poorly maintained. The authority must keep an eye on it.
