Service is not good, should be better. Should inform costomer predicting and projecting time taken for service. As one has to find a restorant while the staff take a launch break. More ever the service centre demand for a commission for debit/ credit card payment.where India emphasis disital payment.

It's not deserve a single star also...delay in service and very expensive parts sepecialy in balram motors...I advice never service your TATA & CHEVROLET car in this center..... otherwise you get 0 percentage of work and bill get 100 percent....I am telling my self experience.....

People should avoid being to this service center of Chevrolet. They even dont know the basics. You and your car will b ill treated here and they make false commitments.
