Room is very small and not cleaned. There is only a very small window which does not open and very dirty. They charges Rs.1800 per room which is never worth of the room and position they provides. Switch boards are broken. Overall, very bad experience, will never recommend anyone to go here.

Best location near sea beach
Rooms are very clean with proper hygine
And also the staff behaviours is very gentle

Switch boards are broken.
Every switch is not working properly.
Ceiling fan regulator is not working properly.
TV wire not connected properly with set top box, so most of the time it shows not receiving signal.
No lift is available.
There is lots of hidden terms and conditions.
If you want to get a paid punishment then please do visit here.
We’ve to change the hotel.
They threaten us for not give any bad review.
They also give us attempting to murder threat.
When we going to make complaints they also make very rude behaviour with my wife.
You can’t get water from tap in washroom.

Only one positive thing is refrigerator available in the room.
