Naturals Salon Puri is located in one of the main roads of Puri, that's opposite to TOWN hall of Puri.

The place is a unisex salon and caters to haircutting, spa, bridal makeup, party makeup, cleaning, manicure, pedicure etc etc.

Naturals is a premier chains of salon spreading across all of India, but one suggestion is that they should customise their places and prices as per the city they are opened.

In a city like, Puri, if you are charging 350+ with tax for haircut and beard people are gonna have too much expectation in terms of suggestions, Style and care, but they don't live upto that mark.

Same is for party make up look and designs, they even charge an extra for blush and eye lashes which are generally included in a5k package. So, this needs to be checked.

Also, when it was initially opened it was properly maintained but now the walls have torn out and the putty in facial and spa rooms have also fallen. People who are serving are ok ok and suggestions are ok ok too.

Expectations are getting lacked and this needs to be checked.

I had booked for party makeup package (mac) which was charged around 5k.
The Makeup was done by Priyanka which was really good and based on my skin tone.
The hair was also done beautifully by Pratima but after few hours in the party the hair Strands started falling out which didn’t gave me 100% satisfaction what I expected..
But overall the service was good

Recently visited this Puri branch of Naturals and was extremely delighted with the service. Right from the staff at reception to the service staff, all were very professional and respectful. Special mention of Ms. Archu who was the service staff and my experience was way beyond satisfaction. Throughout the session, she was smiling and is highly skilled at her job. She truly understands and standby the term enhanced customer service & experience. Overall, the visit was totally value for money.
