A lighthouse is a structure with a tower that is typically constructed on land or on the seafloor to aid in maritime coastal navigation by alerting mariners to dangers, determining their location, and directing them to their destinations.

The view of the beach from the top of this lighthouse is just great and it's Beautiful 360 degree view from the light house of the Puri. Its well maintained & clean. There are 150+ stairs to go the top. You can see Lord Jagannath temple from here.

It's a small place. The place becomes crowded even with 20 people inside.

You will get to see Puri from a different angle. From here you can enjoy the sunset and your experience will be memorable.

It opens for a short duration. The time to visit this place is from 4 pm to 5 pm. And it costs 10 rupees per person, 20 rupees for the camera, 3 rupees for child upto 3 years. 25 rupees for Foreigners and videography.

Thank you. Hope my review be helpful to you all guys. Thanks to those who read this.

It is situated right on the main road, so one will have no problems in locating this. Also, the beach in front of the light house is frequently visited, as there are a lot of hotels around the light house.
One can easily go on top the light house. It's just a Rs. 10 ticket for Indians and Rs. 25 for foreigners. After paying, one has to climb 110 stairs to reach the viewing point. You can easily look at the entire city from that point.
Only 1 drawback, there is only 1 hour for public viewing, which I think can be increased to allow more footfall.
Overall, a great experience.
Happy travelling!!!!
