First things first. This is the review for CESC officers who will be staying in the 2nd floor.
The location is close to the Puri Railway Station, approx. 7 mins walking distance. No sea view from rooms. But from the common balcony you can get to sea a very thin part of the see at very far distance. To go to all the local attractions like Jagannath Temple, Blue Flag beach, Golden beach, Swagadwar Market you will need local transport like Toto or Auto. Their minimum charge is Rs-80/-. Rooms in the Guest House are big and spacious. The washrooms are pretty big with geyser facility. You will get elevator facility in the building. You get essential furnishings too. But the furnitures, curtains , bed covers are too old & dirty. No WiFi facilities are there. The chairs in the balcony are of plastics & pretty old & poor condition .
The pantry facility in the floor is quite unprofessional. They don't have basic foods like biscuits, eggs with them if you don't inform them in advance. If you are travelling with minimum 4 pax & staying for at least 4 days, then pantry cost is justified. Otherwise it will be economical to have food from outside. But they can cook tasty veg items. For non-veg items you should definitely avoid the pantry service.

This property is near to the beach. It’s well maintained, rooms are nice and clean. Especially the caretaker cum cook Mr. Sunil is very nice in handling the guests. He cooked us amazing food for us both veg and non-veg

It's a very big property with many big sized rooms. Rooms have an attached toilet, and a dressing room. The property is near the beach. The caretaker is a great guy with amazing cooking skills. Its a very good place to stay during vacation to puri.
