Hotel New Horizons

We stayed in this hotel with our family. Rooms are spacious with good view of the sea. location is great. the staff is very helpful, prompt in their service,they provided room cleaning everyday during our stay.
Only downside is that they don't have a restaurant in the hotel itself but there are many eateries nearby so it doesn't become that much of a problem.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL worst experience.
I Checkin on 29th May, was given a room on the top floor. At 2pm they switched off the AC, they said generator does not support AC, when i asked why was i not told about this today morning before making the payment at the hotel, they said today unfortunately there is a electricity disruption, as if this hotel is in London or New York:( they are cheats don't stay at this hotel. Hotel does not have resturant, parking is cramped.
It is now 9.29pm still no AC in the room , i asked for a mosquito repellent refill 2 hours ago.
The staff though is polite, poor fellows have to bear the brunt of customer frustration. The hotel owners are probably politician so what can you expect from them :(
Finally checked out today morning to shift to another hotel.
Worst hotel experience in my life.

An awesome view of the beautiful ocean.... Mind-blowing sunrise sun set vision from the room.... Simply.... Wow
