I have just visited puri last week. I Stayed in AC majestic Suite room over here for 3 days. In a single word, awesome experience. Rooms are in very good and equipped condition. All have been decorated perfectly. Room services are mind blowing. Food quality are also remarkable. Staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommended.

Oh my gosh, I have stayed in hotels across India bit this by far takes the crown of the worst hotel in the whole country. 4K for a room, and they don't even have tea available, whatever I asked for anything, they are like " it will take 15 - 30 minutes", even for a bottle of water. Over that they are extremely arrogant. Rooms are pathetic, washrooms are a joke. Seriously do not waste your money. One can get a much better hotel at a cheaper rate. In simple words "Disgusting".

The hotel as an overall would be a good place to stay in, but the surrounding areas are a total mess, with the worst drainage system and in rainy seasons, you probably wouldn't want to step just out of your room. Also, the resturant services are the most delayed service ever. It literally took 45 minutes to just provide our order, and even after asking for the cheque, we kept waiting for another 20 minutes. So if you are willing to do nothing other then just sit on your bed all day, this would be a good place to stay.
