The hotel is not value for money. They named themselves as international but the service quality is very poor. You will have to wait in their restaurant (veg only) for nearly one hour to get your food served. If you order something from room then also it takes lot time to get it delivered. The delux room has got amazing sea facing view but it lacks the basic amenities like TV not working, poor WiFI which is not connected most of the times, no exhaust fan in toilet, no intercom in the room, ac doesn't have remote sensor to control temperature. Again to highlight some positive points, amazing view from the sea facing room, good parking place and the location is not too crowded but also not very deserted. Last but not the least never take their classic room which costs 5500 for us with no window and not even a mirror. We extended one day stay and got this room.

One of the worst hotels i have ever been to. Too far from the city. First, If you are a tourist and have no personal vehicle to roam around the city , don't book this hotel . Second, the rooms are so poor maintained. Bathrooms are terrible. In some, fan is not working, ac is not working, room floors are always wet all the time and bad odour inside the rooms . Very eeu sort of experience. Beds are not comfortable at all . Hotel food is very expensive. What should I write next . It was nightmare to stay two days there . Not liking at all. If there was minus rating system,i would definitely gave -10 rating . Never ever book rooms there .

The sea looked pristine and tranquil under the influence of full moon and we were fortunate enough to experience this.
We could witness the sunrise and sunset from our room and the roaring of the waves at night was soothing to our ears.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a see facing room. As far as the advantages is concerned, the hotel is situated in a peaceful location and the beach is easily accessible, you just to cross the road and you will be right there at the beach where you will find hardly few tourists. In actuality, it's isolated and peaceful. I intentionally booked this hotel to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd.
Breakfast spread is good. Ala carte menu is good. Staff behaviour at the restaurant and reception is good. Housekeeping staff is also well behaved and polite.
To commute to the main area or the market area, one can find it difficult to walk so be ready to spend for autos. But if come by your own vehicle, then this issue will be sorted out.

They also have a travel desk where we got a day tour organised.

I found only one demerit of this hotel which is their spa service. We paid 2000 for massage and the service provided to me by the female staff was not that professional, an untrained staff. Also, they pressurised to go for steam bath at 500 rs ( steam bath is nothing but normal shower which can do in their own bathroom ), which I denied. Kindly don't opt for this service.

Rest, everything is good about this property and highly recommended.
