It was built great but lack of maintenance. Get this hotel only if you didn't find anything else.

I have noticed that most hotels in Puri are quite low in maintenance.

We got a balcony room. Room itself was not clean. The roof was very dirty

Overall stay was okay. Not great.

I am writing this post to bring to your attention the issue I am facing with my hotel booking made through your platform. My booking reference number is HTLDNAWWX9Z5L5K8.

I arrived at the hotel to check-in, but to my dismay, the hotelier denied me access to the room. The hotelier stated that they did not receive any confirmation from Goibibo about my reservation and they had no available rooms at that time.

I immediately tried to contact your customer support team, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I tried to contact the hotelier again, but they refused to give me the room and were very uncooperative.

This situation has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, and I have been forced to look for alternate accommodation at the last minute. I demand an immediate solution to this problem as it is unacceptable to deny me access to the room that I had already paid for.

I request you to take appropriate action against the hotelier and provide me with a satisfactory solution. I am looking forward to your prompt response and resolution to this issue.

Location is fair enough but you need to stay in a narrow alley. At their price one can get an accomodation near the beach. Service is worst. We had booked through MMT but they denied us rooms simply because their contract with MMT expires that day. Don't know whom to blame for this. Me along with my family went there at 11pm and had no choice than to find another place at night 11pm. So book/stay there at your risk.
