As of Oct 30 2022, this shop is open and legally sells 'ganja'..
Google maps will show as reached...it is difficult to find the shop.. i took a while to find out, kept asking every shop and finally found it...
I was first hesitant.. but i saw a few people buying and asked one of them, "kya milta hai yahan", and the guy said ,"ganja milta hai"..
70/- for one small pack...
