I have booked 4 rooms 4 months in advance. They assured to give me best rooms because they charged me higher than normal. but 2 out of 4 rooms were very bad and other 2 rooms were okay'ish. Their behavior was also not good. As per my experience I suggest not to choose this Guest House for staying.
