The rooms are a bit old but are neat and clean. The toilets are also clean enough. Rooms are quite spacious with functional ACs and TV. Mattresses are comfortable. The best thing is that it is at a walking distance from the main temple. The staff at the hotel is very polite and helpful. They even called a day before my check in to help me with directions. Being close to the temple, the road in front of the hotel is closed for 4 wheelers but bikes, scooters and e- rickshaws can take you right to the property. Reliance store at the Ground Floor of the complex makes things easier for travellers.

Stayed with my parents. Staff is very good. Met 2 soft spoken ladies at reception (Swati & Priyanka). Both are helpful. In fact I found all ppl there of good nature (may be it was my luck or ppl are genuinely like that there). Breakfast was tasty though not much items were there but it was suffice to full your stomach. We got Pandit ji (Ajay Mishra) who helped us in Jagannath ji Darshan is a very very sweet & kind hearted person. Also we booked cab through hotel contact and got Happy bhaiya for our service. He is also very genuine and Naive person. This hotel is 100-150meters distance from the temple. Also you can do street shopping. Below the hotel there is Big Bazaar, outside many restaurants are there. You will get autos outside very easily. Enjoy ????

Decent hotel with good service from staff. Ranjeet and Ravi are very helpful staff members. Food court is located on the third floor and breakfast, lunch & dinner is served there. Breakfast menu is very limited. The hotel is located at a very convenient and walkable location from Jagannath Puri temple. You can get a glimpse of the temple from the hotel terrace located on the fourth floor. The Reliance mart is located below the hotel so you can get daily necessities there if required. The rooms are decent and neatly maintained. Room service needs improvement. But overall a good place to stay with family and friends. Best place if your main purpose is visiting the Puri temple.
