Nothing against the store itself,but they have decent collection with reasonable price. But the staff doesn't have the right attitude towards their jobs doesn't know the value of customers time.Today i went to the store to exchange a shirt,first i had to wait 20 min outside because they had to pray ,that they couldn't do before the opening time.secondly they said that they dont exchange before 11, isaid i will wait here its only half an hour left then they changed their statement and said they will exchange after 11:30 .and they dont have this made up timings in any of their store policy . kindly hire people who actually work and dont waste peoples time.

Worst experience at vmart today...just note down today's date 28.7.22 & enquire who was the staff today at reception. Malls policy is written behind some walls that's not visible also..we r doctors we can't leave our duty and go to malls for exchange of goods.. We went today at 6 pm that staff told our timings r till 5 pm..store was not busy at all we requested but that staff was so rude.. Its better to shop at other malls than this
