It is worst management. When you book hotel from different sites management always ask more money to provide room amenities like ac.
I called Oyo about that hotel refusing to give ac. After a log talk he dicided to give me a room with ac, deliberately he gave me a room whose ac was not working .
Manager behave was vry rude. Location is worse.
Room are very dirty it is totally different which is shown in photos.

first of all they dont go by the pricing of 3rd party apps (oyo,triboo,goibibo ) they have their own price list once u arrive.
Over call they will mention yes u have a booking via this platform once u arrive they charge u higher.
2. room arnt clean, washroom is totally nt upto the mark
3. they seize ur ID CARD and handover once u checkout , i havnt seen this kind of system at any hotel , Staffs can be bit more professional :)

Just as you enter, and you have confirmed online booking and paid, still they will straightaway ask for extra money. If you don't pay, they will deny check in. I called police station 100 and I politely told them, that I am pressing charges of harassment, fraud, black marketing, 420 and possible money laundering. Then they allowed me a smooth check in. Whenever you are in Cuttack, beware of these type of people.
