The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. Trainer are very cooperative and provide ample motivation and guidance. No doubt this gym has the best trainers who have great knowledge about nutrition and training. Rajesh is one of the great trainer I have come across with great knowledge. If you are looking for a good gym in CDA this is that kind.

If you are a fitness freak or if you believe in staying fit and healthy then this is your one stop go to place which you will find worth it. And guess what, this gym is also pocket friendly for every age group and it is also fully well equipped with advanced gym machines for which one will be supervised under good trainers.

My experience with Fitness Mantra has been and continues to be perfect. Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to one of the trainers Rajesh Sir. He’s always been very welcoming, kind and generous.
