It is not a good hospital because its management system is not good and reception staff behavior is not good they just are ignoring and daring with customer not polite. money minded hospital doctors are not understand patients deseas they are busy to attend new patients and earn more money.Not recommended to all i have worst 4k rupees in a single day

Arrogant behavior of female receptionist...they won't help out patients to reach the doctor. Even doctors there, are in hurry to get other patients so that they can have max. Patients visit to them without giving proper consultancy.

1. Drinking Water Facility: There was no drinking water facility available in the general ward where my uncle was admitted. When we enquired about it, we were told that there was an Aquaguard in the basement, but it was not working properly. We had to wait for 10 minutes just to get a half bottle of water, which is not acceptable in a hospital.
2. Rest Facility: While the beds in the general ward were comfortable, there was no facility for the attendants to rest. I stayed overnight with my uncle, but I had to sleep on a chair. This is not only inconvenient but also unhealthy for the attendant, who needs proper rest to take care of the patient.
We urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. It is essential to provide basic facilities like drinking water and rest to patients and their attendants
