Worst experience ever.
The manager and staffs just a group of money minded people with zero concern towards hospitality and ethics. They will just demand money for the air you breath in their campus. With dirty rooms to no room services, the list will go on.
Would not suggest anyone to book your stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights in royal three beds room, but no room service, no cleaning inside my room. Overall behaviour of staff & owner good, very near to railway station

The hotel is in very good location near to railway station. The staffs are co-operative. Quick room service on call. It was a good stay.
However pro-active house keeping service require by chaing the bath towels, soap/shampoo, water bottol etc on daily basis. Its difficult to locate hotel duirng night time as hotel indicator is not good. Very few good restaurants around the hotel.
The hotel refused to issue the bill/receipt of payment as the GST charge is not included in room rent. It should charge GST to the guests.
