Very poor with their commitments
Recently we conducted a party their during the time of booking they said yes we ll provide u with all the amenities but soon after the payment is cleared they are so non cooperative very poor in their commitments. Especially Mr Nursingha (one of their staff) he committed us something but after the payments are done he refused to do so. I would suggest if any one conducts any function over here please keep everything in written along with the lift provision.

The room is okay sized, food was good.
Room service was quick.
Breakfast was a dampener, by 10 it was looking like they are wanting to wrap up, food was over on the platform and had to aks for stuff.

Everything is good except the food they serve.We had family get together in the 4th floor hall. But what they committed in the menu, not served. Food is just ok type. Than biggest backlash is the manager in charge is unavailable to contact neither he recieved call nor replied back. Customer commitment poor.
