Kindly avoid this hospital if you want your patient to live.
1. When we reached at the reception desk that guy on counter was busy on mobile and made us wait for at least 7 mins.
2. The patient care system is worst. They don't know the condition of patient when we called. We were told to contact on their number.
3. We have no one to ask what's the condition of the patient.
4. Doctor visit only once in a day.
5 . They let our patients to stay forcefully at their hospital, there was
No improvement in our patient.
6. We were told our patient body become blotted like balloon. We shifted him to Apollo immediately after a huge argument with staffs.
7. We were shocked and also doctors at Apollo hospital were shocked that how they the doctor at Sunshine hospital didn't remove stool from a coma patient for last 12 days, for that stomach was blotted.
8. If we wouldn't have shifted our patients, he would have died.

Seriously they fooled poor patient to stay in their hospital for BSKY insurance card.

After 6 years of being misdiagnosed with chronic sinusitis, I was finally referred to a Neurologist and within three months, Dr. Payod Kumar Jena finally helped get me on the right regimen and treatment to alleviate the constant pain. He really helped me get back to daily life and the doctor took as much time with me as was needed and answered every one of my questions even the ones I repeated two and three times.Wonderful experience and I’m very lucky to have found this neurologist.
The time of my appointment was kept promptly. The staff was excellent friendly and professional.

It’s an excellent medical facilities and service maintained cleanness and very hygienic proper ventilation facilities that helps fast recovery the staff is very polite and make u very comfortable comparative in best medical treatment sunshine hospital
