Poor customer service.
Exchange service is very poor.
Poor fabric quality. They even can't produce a bill against phone number from their system which is 5/6days earlier purchase , while pantaloons Max can produce a bill against ur given number after months and exchange policy is very good of theirs.
Very rude behaviour towards customers.
I had to pay 200 bucks extra for the same product which I have exchanged for tight stitching.They asked for extra money citing the reason that the coupon which was applied on previous product is not valid on this exchange. I had to wait for 30 min infront their counter still they argued with me. Product price was 549 exchanged product was 599. Knowingly they they extracted extra
