This is a late review. But I think it is necessary to share my experience. I will be glad if it help someone having similar problem as me.

I was recommended by one doctor's patient and went there in december 2021. I waited for an hour before seeing dr. Agasti, who was seeing 2 patient in his cabin at a time.

I had severe bleeding and unbearable menstrual pain issues for more than 20 years. He told me that my pain is normal and as other doctors diagnosed me as having pcos all my symptoms are normal. He just prescribed some pain killers and hormone pills and asked me to have an ultrasound.

I told the doctor that I dont think my pain is normal and I have some concerns over taking hormone pills. Then he sarcasticly said " if you dont want to take these pills , then get married soon." He said this in front of another patient.

Is this the way a doctor handle patient???

I did not go to this doctor again, because I was dissapointed by the way he ignored my concerns and gave me such a ignorant and misogynistic advice.

After 4 months I was diagnosed with stage 3 Endometriosis and Adenomyosis by another doctor , and had a surgery.

The worst service ever have seen.
1. No fix timing of the doctor to come to the clinic as he has multiple places to visit. All about money. :)

2. Same slot given to all the patients so there is no slot or serial kind of concept they follow.

3. Both scan and other issues are scheduled at the same time. So everyone will waste time here. Even though you don't have any scan you might have to wait for the doctor to come out of the scanning room and the other way also possible.

4. No space for the patients to sit and the attendant of the patient has to sit on the road or under the tree.

5. Only cash payment option is available, no digital / card payment allowed even though a small pan shop guy prefer cashless today. What is the reason of not having any other payment mode?

Overall if I want me to describe in one line then "you can get a best doctor anytime in the city but time is important ". I think a doctor knows the importance of the time than anybody else if you don't respect the time of your patient then you are not a good doctor. Every time taking minimum 2-3 hours of time is not acceptable. Please work on these issues so that no one will suffer.

Pathetic service by this clinic. They book the appointment and telling the patients that you have to wait for doctor till they have minimum 10 patients. If 10 number of patients will not come then your appointment will be cancelled. We reached and booked our appointment at 10am and waited there for almost 2 hours but there were only 6 patients to consult with and the clinic representative told to wait untill they have 10 patients. Finally we cancelled our appointment and took out our consultation fees. They are doing their business only.
