The guy who is sitting in the front desk , potrait himself as leader does not have manner how to treat customer.Getting pished off ..and talking customer like he is the boss of customer and customer is slave.May be their own staff giving good rating to themselves taking customer phone asking for there will be link. .Pathetic behaviour of front desk guy and doenot have corporate etiquette.

Overall it was a good experience, the staff were very eager to help if you need any any for your issues. The place is also easy to find.

Really incompetent staff here, while one argument in their favour can be that Fireboltt and noise are amongst worst gadget/device manufacturers ever the number of people seeking support is huge. The waiting time for a stupid watch replacement is 1 month.
