Dr Manas Nayak who is my daughter's paediatrician is a very good doctor. But the staff/helpers there does not know how to behave. I once booked in advance for my daughter's vaccination and got the time as 7.30pm. But I got delayed by 45 mins due to poor ola service. As his father is not living in Bhubaneswar, I was alone with my daughter. The staff did not listen to me at all and told me to wait for others to finish and when I told him about my problems he argued with me that others have also problems. After my turn at 10 pm when I booked ola almost every driver cancelled my booking. Luckily I got booking and returned to home with my 5 year old daughter at around 11pm. This is the way staff treat there. There is no empathy at all. It is my sincere request to the owner of the laboratory to tell the staffs to be empathetic and listen to the genuine problems of people who are visiting alongwith there kid/patients.

Dr barsha is an amazing doctor. Very attentive and does substantial diagnosis. A very versatile place for all kinds of ailments.
